My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had two twin-sized beds in a room large enough for three big suitcases. The staff was helpful and efficient. They answered each of our questions thoroughly. The room and bathroom were clean. We didn't hear any noisy neighbors. The hotel is in a great location, as it was easy to access the MRT (green and orange lines). It was close to many good restaurants, small eats, and bakeries. One thing that would have made our stay even better is if they had a working washer. We stayed for two weeks and needed to do laundry. The washer here was out of order, and the closest laundromat was 15 minutes away. If they have a working washer by the next time we come back to Taipei, we would definitely stay here again.

This is one hotel that looks unimpressive on the outside but the service and room cleanliness is really good. Bed sheets are clean and room is very comfortable. Keep it up!

The room decorations are old style with wall papers and there's bad smell without air conditioning. No dry/wet separated for shower place which very danger after taking the shower with paper slippers
