I liked the room but a little disappointed it said ocean view on my first floor room. The view was blocked by ac- inverter-fans. In a way it was ok. But as sea view was promised i mention it here.

This is the hotel with the best location in Jomtien Beach. Kent (owner) is a great host. The best part of it is that, this hotel feels like a family, the approximate of any type of business is incredible. I tried different hotels and by struck of luck I ended here. Great experience and great service.

I really liked the place. My room was big and clean. AC worked like a charm and view from the balcony from 3rd floor to the Beach was really nice. Liked the staff there as weal. Smiley and kind People. Owner Kent is usually around and he is more than eager to make Your stay comfy. Good value for the price.

A review of the economy room only. I can't judge the better quality rooms. I don't like posting bad reviews but sometimes you need to be careful when you book. No window: this is fine, but nothing is done to compensate. There's one light in the room which makes the atmosphere really unwelcoming and gloomy. The bathroom: wet room design, but the drain is beside the shower, so if you have a shower the whole room is wet. It also doesn't dry completely, so you'll have wet feet every time to use the sink or the toilet. The quality of the linen and facilities are otherwise ok for the price. This is obviously the kind of room you book to crash in before going out, IMO it feels like a storage room, and it's not somewhere you want to relax in. Again, if it's just a place to put your things it will do the job.

This place is horrible for the price that I had to pay. Service is also horrible, I rented two rooms one room the fridge and ac was not working. The other room had no bath towels and the fridge was dirty. Facility overall was dirty. During check out we had an issue with our deposit, they were going to take my deposit saying that their towels were missing and basically accusing us taking it and wasn’t going to give our deposit back. It seems like they have done this before to other customers, but sorry for this customer I wasn’t going to fall for their scam.
