Happy Stay OldNova Deluxe Apartment 366

The apartment we stayed in is located at Monte Cassino 44, on the corner with ul. Gen. Bema, and although we expected it to be noisy, we did not expect such a party scene almost 24 hours a day. It's a pity that no one mentioned anything about it when booking, knowing that we would be with children and grandparents and we probably didn't plan to stay sober for a week and just party. The apartment is very noisy all the time, not only from the Monte Cassino side but mainly from Bem, it is not a place to live but to party, above the restaurants and clubs open until the morning, at 5 a.m. there were still loud curses and you could hear glass breaking, It was impossible to sleep all night long, even with the windows closed, because there was always a party going on behind them. Loud street cleaning started at 6 a.m., and the annoying noise accompanied us 24 hours a day. Cigarette smoke was constantly entering the apartment from everywhere, and I could smell exhaust fumes from Bem's direction every day. Unfortunately, there are walls besieged 24 hours a day by drunk, very loud partygoers until the morning, then it gets a little better. The apartment is quite clean, but there were not enough towels, for the first time we did not receive a set of towels, only one per person, there were no small towels, the undersheets were dirty even though they are washable, and so was the duvet (once during the night my son slipped out of the duvet cover, hence I know it has a big yellow stain in the middle, even though it is washable and there is a washing machine in the apartment, I didn't want to check the others), you have to bring your own tablets for the dishwasher and possibly for the washing machine (you only get a starter package, but there is a shop opposite ), we reported the faults, we were mainly worried about the TV which was tilted forward very disturbingly, but no one did anything about it;) Halfway through our stay, the door to the tenement house was repaired, but unfortunately our code didn't work, we couldn't get inside until someone he didn't go out. However, all this turned out to be nothing compared to the way we were treated during the checkout, when two gentlemen came to check the apartment and check if there were any damages / defects and settle the deposit. Well, the gentlemen looked at each towel and took photos of them, they also asked where some of the dirt came from, and they also checked every piece of bedding and sheets. This inspection lasted about half an hour, I have never experienced such a search before. The rental price is very, very high, for this money I could book a luxurious villa with a swimming pool, e.g. in Greece.
