Several problems here. Air con caused a puddle of water on the floor and I slipped and nearly fell. This was dealt with the day after I raised the issue. Cleaners very noisy in the morning. I was staying alone in a twin room and after a few days they took away my extra cushion and towel for no apparent reason. Breakfast pretty basic and got told off for asking for a couple more bananas. One member of reception staff just sits hidden playing on his phone. The hotel is fine and reasonable value, so these issues are a shame.

This is an average place for Hong Kong. Aircon doesn’t work properly and room was very cold throughout my stay. However, location was great as it provides easy to access to public transport. Customer service was good as well as they can cater to those that speak English.

Pros Quiet Nice n comfortable lounge with wifi n good ac that is under-utilized Newish toilets Nice breakfast service lady Easily accessible once youve found your way from the MTR. It's easiest by exiting from C Langham Place and then get to the back of the building n walk a couple of blocks Cons Poor ac due to east west direction, dont get a room facing the street because it will be overheated like an oven towards 4/5pm. It will take a couple of hours to cool the rooms towards the evening. No WiFi on my floor despite their claim, no signal, and no effort by management to sort it out Breakfast is limited to hard boiled eggs and banana with a limited selection of vermicelli, porridge and toast with not a lot of toppings.
