I had bad experience on my stay. The receptionists were not welcoming including the front desk manager. When I asked her for help, she said go ahead while doing her task; even she didn’t look at me; such ignorant. They are scammers. They don’t accept local currency even if the agreement was signed on local currency and if you pay in $ they can give you a change in local currency because they don’t have $ for change . Also the noise from surrounding Night clubs and gyms are very loud and annoying. Even if the location is great, it’s not worth to stay. If you have business plan or vacation to travel to Addis , for safety, security's and hospitality ,I strongly recommend to stay in American chain Hotels like; (Hayat,Hilton,Sheraton's).

Wonderful hotel very close to Bole airport. Onsite dining, bar, gift/convenience store, and Ethiopian Air agent on site. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in the middle of Bole..nice staff, and nice food..only need to improve the rooms showers there not working and nor working..the Reception were very nice.. stayed for a week..and the bar was nice and staff very friendly..I would also recommend you visit the shops..very nice antiques

I had one of the most worst experiences I had either of the service, which was very slow and poor, welcoming to visitors. On Saturday, 20 August 2023, I went with my family for lunch, and we were shocked with the quality of the food below the standard. The drama is not yet finished. We have been overcharged around 700 birr. We informed the waiter and the waiter escalate to his manager, and the manager escalated to a different manager, which takes around 1 hour to resolve the issue. The story was the menu has different price with We believe we pay what we ordered according to the menu. But we are surprised with different bill prices. The manager said we have upgraded the price on our system but not on the menu. And the manager is insisted we have to pay according what in the system not what is in the menu.we revised to pay the extra 700 birr and we informed them we will pay what is on the menu either you liked or not and we paid what on the menu and we walk. We were not expecting to get this standard of service in a 4-star hotel even if you don't get this service in a 1-star hotel.
