I was really disappointed in the room, the sheets had wholes, there was mold and hair in the shower and counter. I also asked for no feather pillows due to my allergies and they didn’t have a room assigned without them. The bed frame was dirty . On the positive side the hotel itself was clean, the staff were professional and really nice. The convention hall was sparkling clean and well organized.

Excellent location in the Strip and good comfort of the room. Quality is overall good, although not luxurious. I really disliked the check-in experience, in which I was requested to check-in on an machine to clear the queue on the rare human receptionists. The machine forces you to accept usage of your data for marketing purposes and emailing, or it stops the process overall, which is obnoxious. You pay for quality and relaxing, not to get spammed at the first second of your trip.

Katherine in VIP was SO informational and awesome with her attitude towards guest I was so please to check in today for my wife's birthday!! If I could do more for her to make her day more pleasurable I would! That's how good my wife and I felt checking in today. Customers are so quick to give a bad review and not a good one. So here's a good one for you Katherine in VIP.

We made two separate reservations for two nights. When we checked in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite as a new member treat. The suite was great - had an amazing view on the 60th floor. Huge bathroom area, but the toilet had no vent. Amenities were just normal, nothing too fancy. Checking in and out was not fun - it’s a huge hotel, plenty of people and I suppose they were pretty fully booked for the holidays. We were told to check out by 11am the next day to switch to the standard room which was what we reserved. Come 11am, we brought all our bags and checked out and the front desk person was shaking her head, saying we shouldn’t have checked out and she didn’t have a standard room for us that was available, so she let us go back to the suite and said someone would call us when the room was ready but no one did. At 3pm, we called front desk and they asked us to come down again to get the keys to our room. So off we went, waited in line and then checked in. The standard room is super basic - no fridge, no coffee / tea, no soap. But the location is great, and the room’s not bad. Also, two out of the 3 elevators weren’t working and we had to wait a long time. If you’re on a budget, this hotel is acceptable. If you’re not, go somewhere else.

On the positive side: Our room was among those that were recently remodeled. The room itself was good. The bed was super comfortable. Nice bathroom. No fridge. And because we were pushed into using the kiosk, instead of working with a desk clerk (they would've been tipped) tho get a fridge, we didn't have the option to ask. IMPORTANT: Our flight arrived early and we were exhausted. They charged us $25 for early check-in. It was definitely worth it. Not having to check in later saved time and frustration from waiting in the long line. Fair warning, if you love to swim and you aren't vacationing when temperatures are 90 or warmer, don't stay here! We were there when temperatures were in the comfortable 70s. The pool is not only not heated, but I swear it was so cold I wondered if they added ice. We were there with other northerners to go swimming. This could be a deal breaker for us next time.
