Unfortunately stayed here as part of a tour. The room was clean but very old style and tatty. The bed was ok but shower was hot but flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor as most of the food didn't look fresh. The room safe didn't work and wifi was Intermittent and very slow. The place needs some love and attention

The room is small, and the first day had a smell. The wifi is very slow. A person got locked in the bathroom, because door know is broken. No urgency to fix. They claim to be 24/7 front desk and entrance. They lock the front doors at 12 midnight. That huge safety concern. What if there's fire? Why are locked in we should be free to come and go as we please, without having to get someone. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Musty smell, grey sheets (probably white sometime ago). Bathtub was not fixed and it was like there is an earthquake. My pijamas smells must after the stay. Don't stay 8n that hotel

Well first it is a 2 stars hotel and not a 3 stars. We stayed there as a part of our tour on the Mekong and the hotel was booked by the tour. We had indeed asked for a 2 stars hotel package but we were still surprised to end up there. Once we got to the room, there was mould on the sink and in the shower, and we could see so many tiny insects on every wall of the room. When we went to the reception to tell them, they didn't look surprised and just sent a cleaning lady to kill all of them and asked us to leave for an hour without even offering to change our room to another one (although they had other rooms available). When we came back there were almost none left but still. And the rooms are very noisy, the breakfast is okay you have a few options. Good location. Also the staff doesn'tspeak English at all so you have to use google translate to talk to them. I think you could find other better hotels for the same price.
