the resort is absolutely horrendous. it's so run down with AC not working, and some without shower curtain, no water provided, and just requesting for additional bottle, they say we have to pay when they were the one who didn't replenish. Hotel staff and manager were are not able to communicate well in English and they don't seem to want to try. Guests have to initiate and do a google translate for them instead. A centipede dropped down from the bathroom ceiling > unbelievable. I do not recommend this resort and definitely will not be back if they don't spend some money to upgrade. I would rather they upgrade existing rooms than building additional room!!

With a great location one would have thought this resort will have good services. Unfortunately the Rooms are shabby. A centipede fell down from the ceiling while i was showering. Cockroaches everywhere. There is communication problems. Most staffs do not speak english and the executives are not friendly. Some doors to the bungalows do not shut properly. Not very accommodating to our needs. We had booked 87 rooms and yet they are arrogant and unhelpful
