Pluses: big rooms, good food in restaurant and breakfast, parking. Minuses: two days without hot water, for two days they didn't bring us a second towel (we only had one and there were two of us), some lights in the room didn't work, no view from window whatsoever and the worst thing of all was not properly working airconditioner. It was centrally set and we had no control over it. It was too hot and during the night we were sweating. Staff hardly speak any English, so communications was difficult. Overall good value for money though.

I booked the hotel 20 days in advance and when I arrived, they alloted the room to someone else. This happens most of the time at this hotel.

It is a budget friendly place to stay in Riyadh. The rooms are spacious, the check in process is smooth, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and nutritious. The room service menu is affordable and within budget.
