Mini-hotel, superior Hostel with private rooms. There are less than 10 of them. First floor of Soviet construction. Some rooms have windows facing the street. Two rooms on a noisy road. Windows don't help. One in the inner quiet courtyard. Five rooms are made inside, that is, either without windows or have windows into the corridor. That is, the layout is different from classic rooms. At the booking office I asked about the windows. The answer was clear. But it turned out that the window did not go out onto the street, but inside. The next day we were accommodated in a room of a different category at no extra charge, for which we thank you. These are big disadvantages, since there will not be enough oxygen in the room. And in the evening there will be audibility from others in the corridor. The rooms are miniature. The walls of the rooms are made of plasterboard. You can hear everything from your neighbors. I came across noisy, drinking Indians. This created a conflict situation. Unfortunately, the administration does not make clear rules on noise from 23 to 7 am. These should be strict rules for a relaxing holiday. The administrators and the owner themselves are extremely polite. In general, cleanliness is maintained every day. The freshness of the linen is excellent. There are some nice little things. Tea, instant coffee in the room or in the small kitchen. Each room has a Smart TV. Good wifi. There is a washing machine where you can do your laundry. Two showers with toilets and sinks, two more toilets. Not everything worked as it should. Water was pouring out somewhere. Not everyone is clean. There is payment by bank card, but it takes a long time and there are problems with the terminal. They do the registration without problems as it should. Price is about $13 for a single room. Residence checks (except for registration) are not issued. Location: the very outskirts of the city. But there is a metro nearby, station 8, which opened a month ago. There are also stops with different routes. Yandex maps work great. Stops and metro are less than 10 minutes on foot. In total, the trip to the center is about an hour.
