For my first time in London and my boyfriend's first time staying in Shoreditch, the Hart was a great option. The only downside is the rooms/storage in the rooms were a bit small for a week long stay, but we made it work. The hotel is super cozy/trendy and is located close to many great restaurants, pubs, and it is about a 7 minute walk to Old Street Station and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station. All the staff is super friendly, Ken and John at the bar were super helpful and gave us many tips on where to go in Shoreditch. The breakfast was also great, we looked forward to it every morning. I would highly recommend the Hart for a short getaway, but I would go elsewhere if you are planning to stay in London for an extended amount of time, only due to the limited space/storage in the rooms. Everything else about the Hart was absolutely fantastic.

Thrilled with my stay at the Hart Shoreditch by Curio! The decor is an absolute standout—retro-luxury done right. Every detail is on point, creating a vibe that I absolutely love. The commitment to sustainability, especially with those water jugs instead of plastic bottles, is a big win for me. The staff's professional yet friendly approach made the stay even more enjoyable. I'm already thinking about when I can come back for another round of this fantastic experience. Kudos to the Hart Shoreditch for hitting all the right notes!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hart Shoreditch Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. In particular, Alex, one of the members of the staff, stood out for his exceptional service and attention to detail. He was always ready to assist with any request and made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Speaking of the rooms, they were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the stylish decor to the high-quality amenities. I particularly loved the modern and cozy ambiance, which made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the vibrant Shoreditch area. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a fine dining experience, you'll find a variety of options within walking distance. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the local culinary scene and indulge in some delicious meals. Overall, my experience at the Hart Shoreditch Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, especially Alex, made me feel like a valued guest, and the rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, I loved the water station near the elevator. The speakers in the room was a very nice touch as well. Housekeeping was super fast, pretty much on-demand. The hot breakfast was very good, such a large variety to choose from. Silvio was awesome and brought our very heavy bags up to our rooms for us, which was super considerate especially since we didn't have any UK money to give him (so sorry!!!). Would definitely stay here again, I would say the showers could be a little hotter, but that's my only critique!

CLEAR LACK OF HYGIENE: POOP ON THE « CLEAN » TOWEL. I was absolutely disgusted to find out the my « clean » towel was severely tainted at multiple places with lots of brown traces which I can only assume to be poop from a previous customer. Go at your own risk, because although the hotel would like to point out this is a not their norm, they are not willing to offer much as a compensation (honor points of approximately 30$, compared to around 700$ paid for 2 nights). Aside from that, the staff were welcoming and the bed was comfortable. Rooms though are quite small, and you are directly exposed to bars with loud music which you can definitely ear because of low soundproofing (hence the 3 stars for location).
