We can only award one star for this holiday apartment. Reasons for this: I booked this accommodation in November 2019 and paid in full. At this point, the corona crisis was still a long way off. At the beginning of April and mid-April I tried to reach an agreement with the owners of the apartment. My suggestion to share the costs or to postpone the booking to a later date was rejected. We have also asked the Booking.com portal to act as a “dispute arbitrator”.
