We came last minute for new years and booked our room. It was a cool little out of the way inn. Location was amazing. Staff are friendly. It would be nice if the office was open 24 hours a day. I almost locked myself out of my room and couldn't get the door open till my bro showed up and opened it.

The incidental charge is literally 3x more than somewhere like the nugget. (150$$$$$) Harvys, incidental charge was 100 and they actually waved it because I was going to be in the hotel less than 12 hours, no pets even. Stay at any one of these casinos amd save that "incidental charge" money for the slots or something fun! Why have to wait for it to get returned to you what the nugget or somewhere else will help you out. The people are way more understanding of situations at other places.

This room was fairly clean and had a good amount of space. There were a few problems. The sink handle was broken, it still worked, but it makes quite a puddle on the sink table. The beds had little crumbs or rocks as there is a beach/lake nearby. The location was great, it was near the lake and the main heavenly area/village. Service was okay, but it was a nice stay. The aesthetics of the room made it feel homey.

Our room was very clean and a great deal. I would recommend Heavenly Inn to those looking to save money! I would stay here again. That being said, the fridge and the heater in the room were LOUD. Also, the blanket on the bed was basically just sheets. I woke up cold a few times throughout the night cold but found the heater too loud to sleep with. Don't expect to check in before 3 unless you're willing to pay $35 extra. Also, be aware there's an unusually high damage deposit of $150.

Honest Review: The room looks fantastic, is nicely finished, and doesn't have the vibe of a rundown hotel or inn. The "crumbs" people mention in the reviews are actually little sand fragments from the nearby lakeside beach. Since I know from experience that it is difficult to remove the fine sand bits, I must admit that I wasn't disgusted. The drain was plugged, which was a terrible thing, but the shower is OK. Sand was present throughout the space and some on the bed, they were easy to clean. Overall, I would advise to stay at this location because the cost is reasonable and the location is very close to the lake.
