Awesome place to stay if you are in Athens. Right in the thick of everything but still chill and quiet. The rooms are well priced for the location and the quality of the rooms. The rooms are a good size, super clean and have air con. We stayed in 2 different rooms because we stayed at one room the night before we left for our cruise and came back and stayed for 3 nights when we returned. All rooms were great and we were happy to stay again! Chris was a wealth of knowledge and also took time to get to know you, share stories and make you laugh. Awesome hospitality! He is very communicative which I love, you always know what’s up, he is helpful, he is direct, but cheeky at the same time which is a nice balance. Had lots of great places to share with us. Thanks for a great stay Chris!

Great location, lovely and clean room. Chris was very responsive and flexible for the check in process. We arrived in Athens at 23:10 was picked up by the driver (arranged by the owner) at the airport. The driver was the one showing us the room and handed us the key as it was late and outside of the normal check in hour. It says in the website that check in is until 19:00, so I really appreciate the flexibility. The room is very clean and has everything we need. The location is great and in walkable distance to all attractions.

Business trip to Athens, booked here because the location was perfect. Everything was more than expected, the room was clean to perfection, spacious etc. The owner, Christos, was very helpful with everything. He arranged for transfer to the airport and also was very helpful on tips around Athens. Will definitely book again.

Never never never book this hotel. First of all, the host is a very disgusting person. After I communicated the check-in time in advance, he told me that it would not be allowed after 7 o'clock and 1 minute, and canceled my order and asked me to I have nowhere to go with my family and children, and they can defraud me of money without my consent at all. This kind of disgusting host cannot be trusted. Second, I also saw the real review below. The review you see is because he canceled all negative reviews. Finally, the host even asked you to thank him for his willingness to communicate and laughed at your experience during the communication. I believe there will be corresponding retribution on him in the end. I hope it can help everyone and avoid the situation！！！

Amazing place! 😍 Very high standard of apartament, everything is new and clean👌 Another positive is perfect location in the heart of Athens near the restaurants and shops, just few meters from Akropol. And in the end very kind Owner. I made a big mistake during a reservation on booking and I got the dates wrong although the offer wasn't refunded the owner was understanding and helped us solve the problem🙏 I'm very satisfied and recommend! 👌
