I feel bad having to write this but the truth is the truth. This hostel was the worst experience I have every had staying anywhere (Hostel, Hotel, or Airbnb). - dirty common area - 4 sinks and 3 of them were very slow draining - 3 showers but one was “out of order” yet staff were showering in them, one showers door didn’t lock, and the other shower had terrible mold at the bottom of the curtain. - No breakfast was provided in the morning like the listing said there would be - my girlfriend is of colour and the night staff woman argued with us saying she couldn’t stay here, after repeating arguein she let us stay but instead of giving us 2 beds like we booked in advance she gave us one single bunk bed at the top and I’m 6’6 and she is 5’11. - the bed wasn’t made and she just threw the bedding sheet up there and had us make it. - only 1 garbage pillow for 2 of us - no English spoken from the night staff - 2 toilets for over 28 people there including staff using them. - in the middle of the night a fight broke out between guests and went on for 20 to 30 minutes and it was very loud with lots of swearing. - the wifi didn’t work in the rooms only in the main lobby. - a guy staying in our room told us he was robbed the night before of his clothes. - our lock bib that the hostel provided was broken so we felt very uneasy about leaving of stuff in them. - towels for a fee. Even hand towels are washing your hands weren’t provided - wash and dryer provided for a FEE - garbages were full and no emptied - mattress was hard and not comfortable - I found that there was a odd creepy man staying there and even as a big guy I felt uneasy with him there and it didn’t look good on the hostel. - the pictures the hostel has on different sites are inaccurate and it’s not what the hostel looks like now a days. - overall my time here was a F.

ı reserved about 1 month for this place. But hostel was very dirty. Also there are so bed bugs on their bed, so they bited me. ı had about 100 bed bugs bites on my body. When ı told them this situation, they didnt do anything, only laughed... Also my money stolen by someone and again when ı told them, they didnt do anything again. Everywhere was too dirty, speacially bathroom and linens. When ı came to room everyday, there was a someone on my bed. Finally, my wound was so bad and ı wanted to quit and take my money. Although ı was right, they didnt give money and only laughed. I hate this place.

Hello hostel is located next to any and everything for sightseeing, good for foodies too. This is My 1st Hostel. Shuttle Driver dropped me off in the wrong place. My hostel was 1 tram stop away. The young desk clerk took time to come find me outside.
