This is a wonderful, luxurious property. But what really sets it apart is the people who work here. I stayed four nights in a villa/cottage with a lovely private pool and sauna. It was incredible. The property is quiet and peaceful, and feels like a tranquil oasis. The people who work here are so friendly and happy for guests to visit, and some of them even greeted me by my name after a few days in the dining hall—a first for me when vacationing. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a fabulous, classic chic-luxury stay in Siem Reap.

Even if the hotel is 30 minutes on foot from old market and pub street, it is close to the National Museum and to the main street leading to the temples. Which means a lot 😉 The structure is beautiful and the room we had was really spacious. The staff is great: friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Breakfast was super delicious. Bikes available if needed.

This hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere and great service at a very reasonable price. The staff are all friendly and the food is very good. They also provided airport transportation service. I recommend a room with a private pool. I spent my anniversary here with my husband and was very satisfied.

They have good service, I mentioned my husband needed to work overnight and the manager remembered and prepared an office for him. Really appreciate it! We lost a bag either to another hotel or on a cab and the staff was very helpful in helping us communicate with the other hotel. They also helped us make a few reservations. The suites with large windows are nice. The unlimited la carte breakfast is pretty good. The pool is just ok. The suites aren’t very large, and for two-bed suites there is only one toilet and one sink for four people. The showers (one is outdoors) don’t really have a door. However, there are curtains you can use to separate the space of the two beds. I wish the jacuzzi was a plunge pool instead. Does not have a gym. Overall the room wasn’t the best value for the price but the service definitely made me still give the hotel a 5 star! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
