We loved staying here. The location was great--we had a beautiful view of the park across the street and could walk to downtown, the Acropolis and the Parthenon with no problems. The neighborhood was sweet with coffee, pastry and vegetable shops within a block or two of the apartment. The apartment was clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen with cutlery and plates. (There were no staples for cooking.) The on-site staff person was friendly and helpful. If I stayed again, I would want access to WhatsApp communication PRIOR to arrival. Once we were there and scanned the QR code in the apartment, management was responsive immediately to any issues via WhatsApp messaging. My only concern is that any attempt to communicate prior to arrival was met with a canned response that did not answer my questions (ie--we needed early check in and late check out). I ended up paying for two extra days--the day prior and the after to ensure that we could arrive at 9am and leave in the early evening. It would have been nice to have the information to WhatsApp message them PRIOR to arrival when I was trying to make plans.

Absolutely awful experience. You can't even check in after 5pm, which is never mentioned at all when booking, and I never received an access code, which they said they would send after booking. Since there was nobody at the front desk and I had no access code, I was forced to book another hotel. They also wouldn't refund when told what happened. Awful, awful business. Avoid at all costs.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like VIPs, providing outstanding service and attention to detail. The rooms were luxurious, the views breathtaking, and the amenities top-notch. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed almost on all of their locations and at all they operate with high standards, always relative to their price. The rooms are clean, spacious and you will find a lot more amenities compared compared to a hotel. Indeed the street in front of the building has a lot of traffic, their windows are of a good quality and either block it or muffle it a lot. I stayed on the back side and it wasn’t annoying. They reply really fast so I would suggest of asking them if you have any problems.
