We stayed at Hezen caves in early October 2023 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The service was impeccable and the accommodation was superb. The rooms are all unique and well furnished and the views you get from the hotel are magnificent. It is also a great base to stay for a balloon flight with Ortahisar being a beautiful and quiet town but close to everything. We were only meant to stay one night but such was the quality of the whole experience, including the great food offered at the hotel, we decided to stay a further night and adjust our schedule. We travelled by car and parking is available at the hotel as well. If you are going to Cappadocia then you should stay here.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hezen Cave Hotel and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the hotel manager who set the tone for our entire visit. His positive attitude and professionalism truly impressed us. The dinner at the hotel was a culinary delight; the food was incredibly delicious, and the kitchen staff were not only professional but also friendly. It was evident that they take great pride in their work. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch. What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional customer service. The hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He took the time to explain the hotel's rules and provided us with an excellent verbal guide on the best places to visit during our stay in Cappadocia. Overall, Hezen Cave Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to travel to Cappadocia. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next year. It was a truly memorable experience!

I have been traveling to many places and this is the first time I wholeheartedly want to write a good review for a hotel. Hazen Cave Hotel, the one we stayed 2 nights with, brought us too many surprises. All the staff are so friendly and treating you in a very sincere way. Details below: 1. Traditional cave hotel designs decorated in such a good taste. I love the hall, the dining area, and also all the terraces with good views. This hotel is like a boutique one because they only have 17 rooms. Everything clean and organised and it’s a pleasure walking around exploring. 2. Upgraded our room to Supreme Suite. This is a low season for tourism in the area but we highly appreciate it. The room is very clean which is what I care about the most. I was also worried about humidity in cave hotels but this one is extremely comfortable. The heat is functioning well and we can also turn on AC if needed. Room very spacious and comfortable. 3. Quality of food exceeded my expectation and the staff make sure we try everything! I was joking with my husband that we may gain 5 pounds if we stay longer. The Cheese Rolls make by the chef are soooooo good and I suddenly became a cheese fan because of it. I usually don’t expect eating within hotels but this one really impressed me. The chef is a very nice person and he keeps checking on us if we need anything. It feels like family. Even the orange juice is freshly made daily, unlike other hotels that we stayed with. The lamb slow-cooked for 4 hours is also a very decent dish. I would definitely want to come back to this hotel whenever I visit Cappa again. This one is now the top on my hotel list.

I had the most incredible vacation at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but it also offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Every morning, I indulged in a sumptuous breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes. What truly set this hotel apart was its amenities and amazing service. The area was an oasis of relaxation. I also appreciated the convenient location – close to both tourist attractions and local gems. The hotel can help coordinate transportation and Mehmet along with all the other staff members made my stay with my wife truly exceptional and memorable. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and hospitable. I can't wait to return for another remarkable stay! Highly recommended!!

We are family from Singapore and India. It's one of the best hotels that we stayed in Turkey. Beautiful rooms, Nice view, super helpful staff. The owner takes the pride to show the place himself and makes sure that we stay happily and all our needs are fulfilled. We liked the idea of "Faith bar". We would love to stay there again whenever we visit Turkey. Already recommended few friends.
