A great location for the hotel with a serene environment and lovely scene of the city. The restaurant reception was lovely and entertaining. In general, the services can be improved. We didn't have hot water in the room for more than half the days we spent there. Very poor internet connectivity in the rooms.

Overall this is a nice place and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and plenty of kitchen space to cook meals. Good size refrigerator and it had a large single sink to wash dishes. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and stove. Some crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, glasses and cups. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Reception can arrange taxi transport. Visa cards are accepted. The restaurant menu has a great selection, however one can wait a while to get a meal. I strongly recommend an eye mask and ear plugs. Depending on which side you stay you might be exposed to night traffic or noise from the restaurant (even on the 5th floor). Laundry service is available. Cupboards are spacious. The rooms don’t have air conditioning or fans. The rooms have mosquito nets on the doors and windows so you could open them for fresh air but might be exposed to noise pollution. There is Wi-Fi signal all across the hotel, but the speeds aren’t great in the evening due to high volume usage. Suggestions: 1) the restaurant should be a bit more considerate with their music at night. I sometimes had to wait until midnight so that I could fall asleep and this isn’t optimal if you have meetings early in the morning. 2) the doors in the rooms have a large gap at the top, thus allowing a lot of sound to go through. Again this can be suboptimal if you’re a light sleeper or the person in the other room is noisy. 3) breakfast lacks variety and there are no spreads (butter, jam etc). Perhaps the restaurant should add some variety each day and provide guests with coffee and milk(hot and cold) to self serve
