Ok so I can’t understand what is wrong with the security guy in the night shift in tower 2. To make the things more worse Emaar has installed this crazy ancient times video intercom system which is not properly working. For example if you dial 22801 it will add 4 automatically at the end and call won’t go anywhere. You will keep on struggling without any success and the security guy sitting there like a crazy dumb joker won’t move his butt to help you. Finally after wasting many minutes on this waste machine you will knock the door then security will come and talk to you badly. This shows how dumb weird and unprofessional this building management is. Wish could give them negative star 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Location is amazing, reception is nice, but at the kitchen in the appartment in our 3 days stay it was full of insects, the worst internet connection 1 mb upload only so for a creator or tiktoker don't advice you book here, so expensive rent and very bad connection!

When we book the rooms, there is no proper person for to guide for check in and hand over the keys. We wait more than 3 hours for getting to responds. Once I make security deposit by online there is no proper responds. For getting back our deposit amount no proper answering the calls. When we call the office different reasons saying. Not paying back the security deposit of AED 2000. It’s very bad experience and a cheating company.

We spent 1 month searching for a place to stay in downtown area and rented a 1-bedroom here. It's been 5 months now and it checks all the boxes: well insulated from noise (no street noise on the 11th floor), extremely clean, nice reception area, parking underground for visitors, Spinney's across from the building (open for 24 hrs) no noise, disturbance or problem from the neighbors, small but not crowded gym. We have seen many airbnb tourists around but it has not reached a level of disturbance to our daily lives. We would definitely stay longer if we did not change jobs. Edit: one of the only 2 machines in the gym Not fixed for 3 months! C’mon emaar don’t be so cheap!
