Not a save place at all, All the problems and issues happened only in the morning shift ( the girl in the reception and the security guy ) they are so rude and don’t have any attitude at all, about the safety I don’t recommend it, because during them shift there is one cleaner girl enter my place, and I didn’t ask for a cleaner, if me and my brother only have the keys, from where she get an access to enter our place, and this happen in June and we open a case in the police station, almost 3 months and we didn’t get any update from the management plus I submitted a complaint on the reception girl and the security guy more than month and same no one back for any update, we stay in this place 3 years and only this thing happens during the morning shift. Be careful about your staff and check it. Next time someone enter my place and I don’t know what will happen?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst building I lived in Dubai for 5 years , management are not helpful, my apartment access key was disabled several times without any reason and I couldn’t access my apartment, parking access also disabled and I couldn’t go inside of the parking untill now it’s not working and no one can help. Customer care from Damac also not helping to solve any of my problems. I regret I moved there it’s very bad experience wouldn’t advise to anyone!!!!

Literally the worst building in Dubai Would never recommend anyone living here, such a hell They turned off the WATER for 24 hours in the building, me and my kids were not able to use the washroom the whole day,I was not able to even go out for the grocery. It’s not the first time they are doing this. And management is rude and not helpful, wasting of money and time.

Building has a cockroach problem. I had rented the apartment in July but moved in in October for the first time. There were cockroaches in the apartment. Called cleaners, pest control, had the cracks sealed. But cockroaches still kept coming from the hall. Reception staff is nice, promised to find the nest, but did not resolve the issue for weeks. Then I got angry and complained to the management - they got the common areas sprayed, but again did not destroy the nest, so cockroaches came back on the same night the pest control left. I had no further update on the resolution until this day.
