These are beautifully designed luxurious villa resorts. Open and lush green around each villa. Loved the corner one and may be going to purchase if price suits me😊

I am surprised to know they have huge debt to be paid to authorities and they are still selling their Vila and saying possession is next year. As far as I know they will not be able to get registries done before clearing the dues. Do proper research before investing in this project

Don't buy anything here. They will make you beg for you own house. They give everyone time of around 6 months but you will be lucky if you got your home in years. They just know to take money after that you are on your own. Sales team will blame crm team and they will blame directors and they will blame sales team. It’s a chain of frauds.

Went to see the project and invest in the property. On asking loan services and registration time for the possession, a staff name Ashraf commented 'You can't buy this property. It's above your reach'(sir, mjhe nhi lgta aap le paoge?). Very very disappointed and not professional neither responsive. A person sitting on the other table had the issue with the property papers and the registration date as people were not responsive.

Resorts are good..prise is justifiable considering property. Proper designing and interior can convert into super luxury house. Concept of visitor cars parking and than using Golf cart for moving within resort is good. Open space as well as luxury makes it a good choice if you ha ve money to spend. Feel its worth to keep this property as an optio n for living.
