They were INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. I accidentally locked my keys in my car upon arrival and they opened my car using a lockout kit they had. They didn't even accept money for doing it. I also left an item in my room without realizing, they called me and offered to mail it back to me. So friendly, and a great experience. Especially considering the price.

Beware of bed bugs!! The person who served me was really nice but there was no one about when checking out. There was a sign saying that no one wanted to work there anymore which was a little strange but I could live with that. The main issue however is the bed bugs. My partner and myself got bitten everywhere by bed bugs, it was absolutely horrific. The bed was also lopsided and wasn't comfortable at all. Also, the hair dryer didn't work. Lucky we didn't have to stay for more than one night. This is probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I guess the famous saying rings true on this one. If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

The folks were friendly. I was able to wash my clothing in their laundry room, which was dimly lit and had to be rented instead of it being coin operated. Wrecks of old cars and a boat were scattered about the parking lot. People had been staying there for some time, using it as cheap housing. My room in particular seems to have been occupied by one guest for several months they told me, and they had already tried (and failed) to clear out the roaches from the room. I kept the lights on all night to keep them from crawling out and climbing over me and my stuff. Still, what do you expect for that extremely low price?

Because of the poor customer service I didn’t make it to seeing the room. I walked into the office and three staff members were talking about bugs in the linen basket. I asked about the bugs and a very rude woman, from the back office told me that it was an A/B conversation. I said that I was concerned about roaches and bedbugs and she reiterated it being an A/B conversation. The property from the outside looking in was not impressive at all. The whole vibe was, you get what you pay for. The cheap price was not worth the poor customer service. I walked out and booked a more expensive hotel that came with better customer service.

SCAMMERS WITH BED BUGS, broken appliances/ fixtures, bad customer service & shady characters. Do not use a credit card bc they charged me $100 security fee and when I checked out they reimbursed it a couple days later only to then try and charge 3 separate transactions (all for different amounts.) Also, they offer no WiFi, breakfast, coffee, ice, the maids don't do towel exchange for stay over guests.
