Great hotel in a great location with great staff. We went as a family of 5 in Jan 2024. Great vibe about the place and not too busy. Waiting staff at the breakfast and dinner restaurant were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was prompt. I can’t speak for how it would be like in a more popular time of year (like Grand Prix time!) bit for the week we were here we were looked after very well. Thank you to all at Hilton Yas island

Nice experience! Room was very comfortable with 2 double beds. Equipped with all amenities that you can think of. Breakfast was good, but there is room to improve. Overall very thing was beautiful and of high standard. Customer service was excellent whether at the reception, restaurant or housekeeping. Each guest were entitled for free entry to any of the theme park for each night of the stay, which was value for money. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to nearby theme park and Yas mall, which is superb.

Very well done. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, superb views, top service. We stayed here for a couple of nights as a family with children. We upgraded to a suite, which was money very well spent. The views of the gulf from the balcony in the morning are really nice. The buffet breakfast is very rich and the service is very fast. We used the club lounge as well in the evening. Nice collection of coffee and tea as well as snacks and sweets. The hotel is a very short drive from all of the theme parks. There is actually a shuttle that takes to all parks. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel for families. Rooms are clean and provide all you need. The swimming pool area is well laid out and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Staff are largely quite friendly but it's clear that there is a lack of motivation among some staff members. The food is well presented and there is selection enough to suit all tastes. Location is brilliant and you have the entire Yas island at your feet so a great place to stay for visiting the theme parks or going shopping among other things.

My one-night stay at Hilton Yas was an amazing experience. From the outset, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding a personal touch to the stay. A standout feature was the complimentary offer to visit one of the theme parks on Yas Island, which significantly enhanced the overall value of the stay. I booked two family rooms, which were spacious and well-appointed, offering comfort for the entire family. However, one area that could see improvement is the bathroom layout. The separation of the shower and toilet area was a bit inconvenient, and having them together would be more practical for guests. Despite this minor aspect, my stay at Hilton Yas was truly enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the added bonus of theme park access makes it a highly recommendable choice for anyone visiting Yas Island.
