This was the second time I stayed at this location. I've stayed there due to an educators conference and presenting in that location. There is plenty of parking for large size vehicles and you will get charged daily rates. The customer service is good and friendly. The bar area behind the registration desk has a comfortable and allows you to unwind. The breakfast buffet is weak needs and upgrade. The rooms are big due to the design of the building and very clean The beds are really comfortable and the temperature control work well for your room. As a conference location it's clean, quick and a good stop for travelers. Note, if you're hungry, you will need to drive somewhere since its an isolated location for food.

Super cool hotel with a really interesting history. I wish they had more pictures of the old building and the transition to the new building and maybe some more narrative about it as well. The rooms were very modern and clean. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

I rated the hotel poorly because I was awaken 5:00 a.m. with a stranger at my door with access to my room. I told him that this was not his room. He apologized and told me he was just issued this room. I immediately called the front desk. When I gave my room number, they said the man was correct. Their system showed my room available. That is very scary and dangerous. Furthermore, the hotel did nothing to make me comfortable. When I spoke to the manager Nathan, he apologized and said he wasn't aware of the situation and would look into it. He still has done nothing. The hotel was clean. The location is only good if you have an early morning flight. Stay here at your own risk. At $300 a night, Hilton should do better. I don't believe I was the only one that had happened to.

A pleasant experience and comfortable stay. Due to a change in travel plans, I needed to book an extra night in Austin. I generally stay with Hilton, and since this location is so close to the airport, I figured why not. We picked up the Hilton shuttle at the airport. There wasn’t really any guidance regarding the pickup location, but we found the right shuttle and were at the hotel in less than 10 minutes. There was no charge for the shuttle. ** If anyone reading this is in the same situation, at the time of this review (Nov 2023), the shuttle picked up in space # 2 at the shuttle pickup location at AUS. The check in was quick and the staff member was pleasant. For those parking a vehicle at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee - I believe it was $14/day to self park. I booked a premier king room. The room was surprisingly large and well appointed. The suite had a separate living room and bedroom, each with a large TV and comfortable seating area. The rooms are separated by French doors. There was also a desk/work area in the “living room.” The bathroom was nice, with a large shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable; the water pressure and temperature were also good. My room was on the top floor (the hotel only has 4 floors) and was whisper quiet - I didn’t hear anything outside of the room. Overall a very comfortable experience. The hotel offers a breakfast; however, I didn’t have time to partake. It looks comparable to other Hilton breakfast buffets. I truly had no complaints about my stay here and wished I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back in Austin in the future and intend to stay here again. For those traveling in and out of Austin, this is a great option for both proximity to travel/points-of-interest, as well as a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend.

So let me start by saying that I was on a school trip (cross country). I had 7 rooms booked and right off the bat I could tell the hotel was short staffed so that was a little worrisome. Anyhow, Everything was okay until we went to get breakfast downstairs at the diner/cafe area. We were told that the breakfast was NOT complimentary and that it would be something like $18 each.... One of the Main reasons I chose this hotel was for the complimentary breakfast. This way, I would not have to take all of the students somewhere else to eat. When a hotel room is $500+ a night, almost $4000 in total for all rooms, it's a SHAME not to have some bacon/eggs complimentary........ I had to gather everyone up and change our plans and then let their parents know where we would be going.... I will be taking this hotel off of my school's travel list FOR SURE.
