Best hotel in Bali, very good panorama, warm pools, very wide food selection at breakfast. I suggest you to book Cliff Tower room. Pros: Amazing panorama, warm pools, very wide food selection at breakfast, comfortable bed, random friendly monkeys around the hotel, nice staff. Cons: The Christmas dinner could have included water or soft drinks in the package price. The pools could have more entry and exit points. The coast section is currently under construction, it is not optimal to use the heavy and noisy machines during peak traffic, but the result will surely be beautiful.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Bali Resort and were impressed by our first experience at a resort in Bali. The food was enjoyable, although we did notice some delays in service compared to our previous experiences at 5-star hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed interacting with guests from around the world. We also appreciated the ability to walk along the beach and visit neighboring resorts. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. The ocean view is amazing.

We booked a Pool Villa for 2 weeks. The villa is very nice, spacious, clean with a nice terrace and pool Housekeeping is friendly, very helpful. Breakfast Buffet at Grain-Restaurant is absolutely amazing! However the Quality of the food on offer in the evening is not as good as in the morning! Other Restaurants are good! The facilities in the hotel are a little bit older, but clean and working. I can recommend this Resort for a nice Holiday in Bali. Couples and Families will enjoy this place!

We stayed for the new year eve in this hotel. The room is very clean, spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable, suitable for families with young kids. They have a group of swimming pools with different styles, some are fun and great for kids (there is even one with an artificial beach), some are calm and relaxing. The stuff are all friendly and helpful, quite efficient for such a big hotel. They have organized an amazing party for the new year eve with a great show and delicious food (although the alcohol is not included in the already-expensive package and they tried to sell the champagne with a way-too-much price.) The less point I would give is the food. We tried twice the restaurant "The Shore" and nothing is really interesting. Cocktail is blend too. Some guests are very rude and drunk, talked super loudly - but I would say there is nothing the stuff can do with it.

If you have little kids this property is a delight ! They have a lovely beach and so many pools along with a special pool area for toddlers and children . The water slides are definitely the highlight and kids can spend hours there . They also have a kids club which I couldn’t use because my son would not leave the water slide . Food is great and staff courteous . They also set up a beautiful picnic for your family on request . There is a live painter called Anton by the elevator who brings photographs come alive on a canvas . Don’t leave your balcony open or monkeys will steal your food and clothes 😂 We would come again in a heartbeat :)
