- Upon arriving, Doris helped us with our luggage and made us feel welcome. - The majority of the staff spoke English (contrary to other hotels in Beijing). - Breakfast buffet (25€ per person at the time of posting). Simply delicious and MANY dishes to chose from. The service and cleanliness were exceptional. - Hotel and room amenities: Spa, sauna (complimentary) pool, safety box, sandals, 55-65 inch TV, hairdryer, dental kit, grooming kit, shower cap, shave kit, complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, mini fridge, bath and shower, gowns, fire escape mask!! sanitary bag, mending kit, among many others. - Complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes. - TOURS. Through the hotel and with the great help of Doris, we booked a private 4 hour tour to the Great Wall. The car was very comfortable and the driver was fluent in English. It cost us 800 Yuan. - Excellent location, right next to the airport.

Convenient location near T3 of the Capital airport. It is a huge hotel with delicious restaurants the Sichuan one is very good). Breakfast is average though. They offered an upgrade to executive suite which is really nice. Note: the shuttle bus to T3 is every 20min, not 15 min as they say on website. Also the shuttle bus to T2 is not running anymore. Those info was not updated properly on the website. It causes some confusions.

I stayed for one night to catch a flight the next morning in Oct. After checked in, I found out that the room temperature remained at 23 degrees Celsius despite changing the thermostat to 16 degrees. The front desk helped me changed to another room. The new room temperature was slightly better at 22 degrees. After taking a shower, I realized water was over flow out of the shower. The drain wasn’t draining well. I call the front desk and talk to the duty manager Zhang Liya. She confirmed that the temperature will probably be about 21-22 degrees throughout the hotel but she can provide a fan and she will also change another room for me. Within 5-10 minutes, she was knocking on the door and with another staff helped me move to a 2-bedroom duplex suit with a portable fan in the bedroom. She even offer to pack me some breakfast for the next morning since I have an early flight. Kudos to Ms. Zhang and her staff. Any hotel will have its problems but it is how the staff handled the problem that differentiate the hotels.

Nice luxury hotel near Airport in Beijing Capital airport. In hotel is a shuttle bus stop to the airport. The bus departure is every 20 minutes. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. In my room I had toys for children. In my room is tv with platform to movies. Restaurant on hotel offers very taste Chinesse food and tea. I recommend this hotel. Staf in Hotel are very freindly and helpful people.
