The most terrible hotel experience I’ve ever endured. Lobby worker said I was not allowed to push my own baggage cart to my room. This was untrue as he was trying to hustle tip money out of me. I believe in tipping, but don’t lie to me to get one. Common areas were unclean, especially the barrooms. Maintenance tools were left scattered throughout work areas posing safety risks. Ice machine was broken and repeater calls to the front desk go unanswered. They make you communicate by text only, and messages are not returned. Hidden “resort fee” of $250 was taken from my $400 deposit and remains balance was never credited to me. Parking in NON Existent. Must pay $50 a night for them to valet. Coffees were $6 dollars each and the place had an overall funky smell to it. Rooms appeared clean tho. The building is in desperate need of renovations. I booked because of Hilton name … they don’t do that name justice at this location. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE

Stayed here for a long weekend and had an incredible experience. The bartenders at to poolside bar made the best daiquiris I've ever had. The cocktails aren't cheap but you're poolside or Oceanside in Miami. The beach was wonderful and we never had to wait for a chair. The bar staff, beach staff, front desk, concierge, and room service staff were all kind and professional. The rooms were very nice, clean and our view was great. The cafe served excellent coffee too. I look forward to staying here again.

As a Diamond member of Hilton, I have been to hundreds of locations. While this has the opportunity to be spectacular, it lacks many important qualities. The only 2 positive things I would say is location and Victor the bartender. Rooms need attention. Example, lights don't work, shower door doesn't seal flooding bathroom, doors are rusty and the shower handle fell off in my hand. I could continue. In a failed attempt Johana the manager on duty gave us vouchers for appetizers and drinks. But, that would require you be there during the evening. We were not and we simply lost any value when I handed them to her at check out. Too bad was her attitude. The staff also allowed us an early check-in however, when 4pm rolled around they forgot about us and actually rented the room I had reserved in advance on the pool deck. Service at the breakfast restaurant is not good and food is mediocre at best, especially spending 60 for breakfast for 2 people. So, needless to say, I won't go back.

Well a real mixed bag here! The hotel itself was nice enough and the staff appearing to be friendly and the pools were good & location. However, one night we headed down to Ocean Drive and rather than take my wallet with me (to avoid it getting stolen ((the irony!!)), I left it inside my wallet, inside my rucksack, hidden away inside in the room at the Hilton Cabana. Went to check out the following day and called a cab to pick us up to take us to the airport and went to retrieve the dollars for cab driver before we set off, and no money inside my wallet. NOW, I know 100%, there was over $150 in there, along with over £100 sterling. Whoever it may have been has gone into the room (and there was no reason to be going in because we only stayed for 1 night) and taken the money and left me with 3 of each type of note so I wouldn’t notice if I had a Quick Look inside the wallet. The hotel have “investigated “ , along with their claims company and have found no such foul play- which is funny considering they don’t have any external CCTV cameras and our room was on the outside corridor of the hotel. We have given them over 6 weeks to respond and following their investigation, and have informed us that they have no evidence that the money was taken by one of their staff members , primarily due to their lack of security cameras in the area. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL, there’s 100% something dodgy going on in-house. I mean, just read the trip advisor reviews for more details. Laptops, money and even cars going walk abouts. And as for Hilton - you’ve been exceptionally quiet about the situation and have been CC’d in every email , any comments? It’s a disgrace that there’s been so many bouts of theft and yet no compensation or even acceptance - that maybe, it’s time to get CCTV installed to catch your in-house operative . It doesn’t look great and certainly isn’t good for business!

For the price the room was tiny plus nothing amazing. Just simple room. What was bad is the service. Was there for 7 days and on day one our toilet did not flush. I asked for a fix but nothing until the second day. The plumber came in and spend an hour only to leave with the toilet still not working. Then I asked for another room but was offered free breakfast instead. The breakfast was not good. Then again for the rest of my stay issues with the toilet. I get you are paying premium for the beachfront location but even then having basic things like a working toilet would be nice.
