We recently booked 11 rooms here for our staff "Holiday Party", it was where our evening would begin and end. Melissa was most accommodating as I changed the room count several times and eventually had enough to do group rates, which meant even more switching around. Melissa was accommodating and handled my numerous questions and requests with efficiency and a smile. Most of our staff got there shortly after check in and we had 20 people in total. They were most gracious in getting everybody checked in and key cards ready so when our staff arrived they were ready to go and check in was super quick and easy. After they checked in everybody came to the lobby to enjoy the start of the Brown's game, and a libation or two prior to us departing for dinner. Realizing we were all going to hang out for a while Cindy was quick to jump in and ask if we would like some appetizers for the group and recommended the newly offered charcuterie trays, which were an absolutely wonderful choice. Before we knew it there was an area set up with these wonderful trays with a great selection of meats, cheeses and fruits. Everybody that we worked with did a wonderful job and you definitely that sense that they are genuinely concerned about providing a great experience, and they did. Hats off to the entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn!

Kelly in housekeeping went above and beyond. Excellent customer service from her. My only issue with the hotel was the printer. It needed toner and I was not able to quickly print what I needed.

I worked a holiday party yesterday as a psychic for a staff party here and they were such a wonderful warm crowd. The next time I have out of towners to entertain I will highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn because everyone was working together so well and even though most were off the clock for the afternoon event, I saw how they seamlessly addressed any guests who wandered in with questions and it was all kindness, grace and class! I've worked in hospitality myself in my youth and don't see this level of professionalism very often anymore. Great vibe!

I've stayed at this location in the past and it was fine. It's about what you would expect of a Hilton Garden Inn close to an airport. If you're looking for something convenient and affordable this is an acceptable option. I will say our most recent experience wasn't great. Last night I got into the Cleveland Airport past 12:00 AM and was stranded due to a travel delay. My husband called the Hilton Garden Inn to see if they had any rooms available for the evening. They did not, which was completely understandable since it was last minute and right by the airport. However, the customer service attendant was not very kind or patient, and English is not my husband's first language so it made the conversation challenging. He was very surprised that the desk attendant seemed to be so irritated with questions we'd imagine would be traditionally expected at this sort of location. She did seem a little older and may not have been thinking about how she was communicating. But a little basic kindness goes a long way--especially in locations where many tired travelers are coming to and from the airport.
