I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the last few months for work. The people that work here really made my stays more enjoyable. From the people at the front desk that checked me in to the bartender Ryan. They have a lot of good people all over. It has also been such a pleasure talking to Natalie and Alicia each morning while I had my breakfast, they made sure that I had everything I needed for breakfast and they always help start my day on the right foot. They always had me laughing and instantly put me in a great mood. thank you everybody for helping to make each of my trips a great one!

I traveled with my 4-month old baby and my wife to visit friends in North Carolina and booked this hotel as it was the closest hotel to my friend's house. I requested a Pack and Play be available for my baby to sleep in when I made the reservation. I also called 2 days prior to my trip to ensure that a Pack and Play was being held for us and was assured by hotel staff that it was in the notes for my reservation. When I checked in at 1130PM on Friday evening after our flight was delayed, the night manager informed me that there were no Pack and Plays available. He told me that he saw it in my notes, but none were available for me. He did not provide any reason when I asked him why there was none available and he did not seem interested in figuring out. I'm a small business owner and I worked in luxury hotels for a decade. I don't normally complain about anything as I understand the challenges of managing a business and running a hotel. However, this wasn't a small issue like a towel out of place or a little bit of dust in a corner; this was the safe sleeping solution for my infant which I was assured would be there and wasn't. As there wasn't a manager on duty all weekend, I complained to the front desk agent Jess. She was kind enough to take my information and offer us complimentary breakfast for our stay. I have yet to be contacted by a manager in any capacity to explain why there was no Pack and Play waiting for us.

Two days ago, I emailed the following to 4 people whose business cards were at the front desk. I have yet to hear from them. Bathroom: There’s mildew on the grout all 3 walls of the shower. This morning I heard a drip in the shower area - It’s a leak in the ceiling above the shower head. There’s mildew in the ceiling & the Sheetrock is peeling. We wonder why housekeeping hasn’t noticed all the mildew. It’s not a recent issue. I can send you photos of you want. Bartender: Sunday evening, we had to wait 20 minutes for the bartender to get back to the bar. There was no sign that she was away nor when she would return. Parking: 1. When we checked in, there was no sign that we couldn’t drive thru the check in area. We had to shuffle our car with another party checking in. 2. Sunday night we had to wait for someone at the restaurant to leave in order to park. We hope this info helps you improve your business. Thank you.

I've stayed here probably 10 times now, for business. Things seem to be getting progressively worse. My colleagues were staying as well, but after water problems the last two times, they are switching back to the Hyatt. The water temperature was very inconsistent and would get so hot you would burn your skin. They really need to fix that. The buffet breakfast is pretty standard fare (boring and not that good). The continental breakfast options are decent. Fresh fruit in bowls was available, as well as bananas and oranges. The eggs and omelletes ordered from the menu were also good. The staff were very friendly. The location is great - lots of dining options.
