We needed a place to stay before our flight out. This hotel was reasonably priced and good location. The staff at the front desk could not help at all on a shuttle service NOR to tell me how much time we needed to get to the airport. (This should be a standard sheet of paper at the front desk: Monday-Friday work hours - time to airport is approximately xx hours Monday-Friday before/after work hours - time to airport is approximately xx hours Weekends - approximately xx hours I didn't need them to call me a taxi - I needed to know what time to leave to ensure I made my flight. They couldn't help at all and were rather rude. Next- bartender gave us drinks, never gave us a total. just took our money and brought change. After 2 weeks in Turkey this was the worse experience in customer service. We were disappointed.

While the hotel presented a pleasant and well-maintained environment with a friendly staff, it may not be the ideal choice for tourists or families. Situated in a somewhat secluded location, I observed that both local residents and fellow hotel guests did not exhibit a welcoming attitude towards foreigners. Consequently, I have decided not to consider staying here in the future.

This place is pretty decent. I got a free room as part of my layover through Turkish airlines. It came with free dinner and breakfast. It’s not a 5 star hotel but everything is decent and works well - no complaints.
