I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Beylikduzu in Turkey, and I must say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Not only was the service subpar, but the behavior of one particular staff member, Busra, was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel's policies were inconsistent and constantly changing. This made it difficult to understand what was expected of me as a paying guest. When I encountered an issue and sought assistance from Busra, her attitude was shockingly unprofessional. She not only displayed a complete lack of empathy but also refused to consider any alternative solutions or even listen to my concerns. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with the manager regarding the situation, I was informed that they were unavailable. This lack of managerial presence and support further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer satisfaction. What truly shocked me was the hotel's blatant dishonesty. Despite having proof of my reservation and payment, they falsely claimed to Agoda that I had checked in. This level of deceit is completely unacceptable and only adds insult to injury. Furthermore, as a paying customer, I was left stranded outside the hotel, as if my patronage meant nothing to them. This complete lack of respect and disregard for guests is simply inexcusable. In conclusion, my experience at Hilton Garden Inn Beylikduzu was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessional behavior of staff member Busra, the unavailability of the manager, and the ever-changing policies made for an extremely frustrating stay. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value good customer service and honesty.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly Had a pleasant stay very nice pool and gym enjoyed the stay was very happy if i have to net-pick I will say there was no cup for tea in the room inly glass 😅😂 They other main thing is the location as i drove to istanbul near hagiya sophia the drive took around 1-1:30 hours as traffic might get horrible so before booking here consider travel options Iam not sure about public transport,its coast and feasibility Iam sure there was a bus stand nearby as i can see bus going from room And Air conditioner was not working called reception they told only heater is available at this time which was mid November the min temperature was 24C which is not going down then what is the point of advertising as Air conditioned room other wise definitely recommend

Entrance feels like a 1 star hotel. Not the best service, but not the worst. I think I'd rather book in their 5 star branch next time.

Worthy Hotel, Parking included, Decent Bandwidth & Speed WiFi Internet, Acceptable Exercise Room, Acceptable Swimming Pool. The hotel could use some improvements: Weak HVAC Cooling in the room, Fixtures in the room Bathroom and Swimming Pool must not be rated for Wet, Moist area use, as they were corroding, rusting, deteriorating. Trim & Paint of the room and common areas could use improvements such as the use of masking tapes.

Good hotel, ideal for TUYAP exhibition Centre, not ideal for central Istanbul, which is 1.5 hours away. Breakfast is buffet style with a very varied selection, all fresh and tasty. Service at the desk is quick and efficient, good English is spoken. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Pool is in basement, not outside (because there is a motorway at the front of the building). Pool is clean and there's also a gym. Overall a good experience.
