Nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Garden Inn South at Chow Kit is a testament to modern comfort and tranquility. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a contemporary ambiance that blends sleek design with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are a highlight, offering a peaceful retreat with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their courteous and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to service enhances the overall experience of the stay, making you feel truly valued as a guest.However, it's important to address the breakfast experience, which, unfortunately, falls short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. The quality of food offered at breakfast doesn't quite meet the expectations for a Hilton establishment, sometimes lacking in both variety and freshness. On occasions, popular items like sunny side up eggs aren't readily available, and there have been instances where the chefs seemed unprepared to cook them to standard. Additionally, the breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, but there have been times when not everything is ready, and guests have had to wait for chefs to be called in to prepare certain items. This aspect can be particularly inconvenient for early risers or those with tight schedules. The practice of replenishing old salad with new is another area that needs immediate attention, as it raises concerns about the freshness of the food. In conclusion, while Hilton Garden Inn South at Chow Kit excels as a modern, peaceful hotel offering a serene stay in the bustling city, there's a significant need for improvement in the breakfast service. Addressing these culinary issues would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience, aligning it with the high standards Hilton is known for worldwide.

Other than one staff all others were good. Breakfast was good with decent number of items. (can definitely add more options though). The view was fantastic from our room and also the 25th floor. Housekeeping was spot on. One staff at the desk when we entered was quite rude. (not going to mention name) She denied early check in although we had previously reached out to the property and were also ready to pay. We had a small kid but the staff was so rude and absolutely inconsiderate about us asking for any room that's available for an early check in. There must have been at least a single room. She was not even bothered about the fact that our little child was crying. We did not expect this from a hotel like Hilton. Her behaviour isn't acceptable and we as tourists don't deserve to be treated like this especially in a brand like Hilton. We aren't staying for free and no less than any other nationalities to be treated like this. There was a clear discrimination in how she treated the previous person who was of different nationality. Pathetic. There was emotional distress right at the beginning of the trip. She didn't provide us even with a space to sit with our child. We had to run around in search for a room to stay for 5 hours. There was a small hotel nearby and the staff there was so polite and considerate to offer us a room for 5 hours as we had a child. Staff and experience are important for guests to recommend a hotel. If small hotels can treat guests in a respectful way why can't big hotels treat guests like this when we are paying more! Totally disappointing. I had paid for a twin tower view room. They said it's not available. I had paid more for that. But they said it wasn't available. This is just unfair when I had booked it 2 months before. I am giving 4 for the rooms,comfort, cleanliness, view and the other staff who were considerate and polite.

Nice breakfast buffet. Located in an area that did not interest me. It was quite dirty. Bus stop nearby for the free bus. Monorail stop is Chow Kit, which is about a 5 minute walk away. Price is very good. Clean simple room. Loved the rooftop pool and views of the Petronas Towers and KL tower. I recommend the hotel but note it is about 45-60 minutes from the airport

@hiltongardeninnkl hotel room is spotless and well-maintained. Freshly made beds with crisp linens, vacuumed carpets, and dust-free surfaces. The bathroom is gleaming, with sanitized fixtures and neatly folded towels. The overall ambiance is inviting and free from any clutter, creating a comfortable and hygienic space for guests to enjoy their stay. Their hotel bed is a haven of relaxation, featuring plush pillows and a soft, inviting mattress. The bedding is smooth and well-laundered, providing a cozy cocoon for a restful night’s sleep. The arrangement is meticulously made, and the quality of the linens adds an extra layer of comfort. It’s a retreat within the hotel room, inviting guests to sink in and experience a tranquil and rejuvenating sleep experience. Do book your stay with them!

A totally disgrace to the Hilton brand. Very poor service, shorthanded hotel, restaurant staff were multitasking, for example the breakfast reception has to take registration and clearing tables at the same time. Breakfast is extremely bad. Nothing much left to eat at 9:10am. Kitchen crew are not alert enough for the lack of food. The portions that they replenish are too little to help with the situation. The one and only plus point to the hotel is the amazing rooftop view.
