Nice hotel. I don't like how you have to do a reservation 24 hours for a shuttle. I requested a shuttle 17 hours in advance and I still had to pay 25€ for a cab; To be a large hotel, they should have a better program in place for the guests. Very disappointing! Now, The staff were very kind and helpful and they made the experience better despite the taxi/shuttle policy.

The hotel was a great stop before a morning flight out of Malpensa. The shuttle service provided was excellent and easy to find where to meet the driver. The check in process was smooth and the staff printed my boarding pass for the next morning. The room was lovely and had power points close to the beds. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel lobby is spacious and restaurant / cafe are nice and modern, but that's about it. The rooms are old, carpets faded, electrical switches and wires not working. Definitely needs renovation and better customer service.

The rooms was not cleaned to our standards and the carpet is stained and burnt. The bathroom was moldy and the shower was not clean. The air conditioning didn't work and the noise from the street was loud, even with the window closed. My husband got the American breakfast buffet which consisted of eggs and breakfast pastries; eggs were ice cold. We were Charged 8 euro for this breakfast. The proximity to the airport is ok, but we are in a very small town and unable to get a taxi. There is train, but it does not go directly to the airport. You have to go back to Milan (approx 1 hour away) and then back out to the airport. I am not sure how this hotel got a 4 star rating, if it ever did. In the states this would be equivalent to a motel6 or super 8. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were supposed to stay two nights, but left after only 1 night.
