I arrived late at 1 am because of a delayed flight. I found the front desk fantastic, alert, courteous. A hot meal was delivered to my room at 2 am. The room was impeccable and the bath products were great, especially since my bags were delayed. I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff. A lovely breakfast in the morning and a shuttle back to the airport. Well priced and well worth it.

Hilton Garden Inn is a great option near the JKIA airport. The rooms are very spacious comfortable and clean. I travel often and rooms are sometimes musty or damp smelling. These have no odor at all. Spotless and bedding is very comfortable. Room service is quick and restaurant is very good. Eating in the room and the restaurant were both good experiences. All the salads on the menu were especially tasty. Staff is very polite and customer friendly. They have washers and dryers available to do your own laundry, which is a nice bonus after Safari! They also have connecting rooms- so family friendly. The only thing I can say under the negative side is the location is not easy to get out and walk or get a taxi. You will need to call for a car to get out and about. Utilized the free airport shuttle and it was great. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Very large and comfortable rooms. Within four miles of airport on access road. Shuttle to airport (never did find the shuttle to the hotel) needs to be pre-booked but quick and easy drop off. Restaurant has a good selection of both non-veg and veg meals. Would stay again. Big shout out to Cynthia who assisted me with a back issue and found a PT for me on very short notice. Made the 37 hours home more bearable.
