The room was on the smaller side, but clean and had the amenities we needed. The subway was across the street which was convenient and the hotel was centrally located to a lot of things we wanted to do which made walking to most things very easy. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and very responsive when I asked for additional items for the room. Gil was especially amazing. He was super friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. He told us he loves his job and it shows (he deserves a raise). Overall, we had a very nice stay.

This hotel is really well-located for getting around the city, both by train and by cab. Our room on the 20th floor faced away from 33rd street and was dead quiet! I found the bed too firm and pillows too soft, but that's a "me" thing. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were perfect, and the view was cool. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was $10 for continental and more for the hot food/hot bar. The Ainsworth breakfast staff, including the older bald gentleman, were so nice and funny, and Tia at the front desk of the hotel is really an MVP!

I was in the area for a convention and this was one of the closer options for a hotel. Parking was insanely expensive and there are no options associated with the hotel. Price of the room was very high also and for the size of the room I did not see it being worth the stay. The room however had a refrigerator which was nice.
