Very clean. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I did take advantage of the jacuzzi while I was there and it was perfectly heated especially since it was cold out.

The place was nice , but the shower was cold for at least 10 minutes of my shower . When my family and I would go out for dinner around 7:45 pm , there was always people sitting in their cars smoking weed and drinking. Seems if they had rooms at this place they would be inside. The room and inside of the Hotel was very nice and updated.

Other than the location being extremely near the customer where I was working all week, this hotel was terrible. The air conditioner in my room would turn off and on approximately every 30 minutes, which was loud enough to wake me from sleep EVERY 30 minutes. The food on-property was cold and undercooked, and the nextdoor gas station was considered an improvement. Only ONE staff member provided "actual" customer service, as even when I was checking out, NOBODY asked about my stay. There was no "was everything good with your room," or "how are you this morning." This location felt more like a motel with an air conditioned hallway and less like a Hilton branded property.

The stay was great, as was all of the employees. They were all very courteous, and very attentive, I do however have a problem with your rewards policy. I booked my stay through Priceline, and because of that I was denied any honors points as a loyal member of the Hilton family. Which will cause me to question whether or not I will continue to use this Hotel Chain. Regards Isaac Cobb
