Stayed for 5 nights over the holidays and had a great time. The rooms were huge and super clean. Very quiet too. We booked the King room with sofa bed and the breakfast plan. The food plan is great as you can choose either from the buffet or go "a la carte." Food was great. I enjoyed the french toast and pancakes! Staff were all wonderful and helpful if we needed something. Hotel is very clean. Location is OK (can access through the airport parkway) but is a bit isolated. Lots of free parking though. A few things would have made the stay perfect: 1) When we arrived for check in there were no luggage carts available 2) A table or footstool near the sofa bed would have been helpful 3) A large mirror in the room would have been helpful as I wear contacts and had to really bend over the bathroom counter to see 4) The Kleenex quality sucked. Super rough paper so we brought our own 5) An extra rack for bath towels would have helped. Not much hanging room for 2 people. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I just to say a big Thank You to this hotel for turning a very long day of flight delays which ended our holiday on a bad note into a positive experience at your establishment. We were originally supposed to arrive at 1am but didn't get in until after 6am. Your staff(sorry the only name I got was Lawrence) was very kind and professional. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely book again and recommend you to everyone.

Best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A very handy shuttle to and from the airport. Staff were very friendly. Room was large and very clean. Super comfortable bed. We had breakfast quite early and there were a lot of friendly staff working in the restaurant. The omelet was delicious, I passed my compliments onto the chef

Good hotel couldn't find anything downtown but was was good for the night. Not near much being across from the airport but nice. Staff friendly and the restaurant bar looked very lively. Room was comfortable. Pool was very warm and hot tub very enjoyable. The only small complaint- the tissues left like they were pure paper. Wouldn't hurt to plurge on better quality.
