        Modern hotel near Bang Tao beach, but tucked away in a quiet part of Laguna. There's a free hotel shuttle to the beach, which takes about 10 mins. Breakfast is amazing - there's even Thai dishes, like green curry, on offer. The guys at the omelette station are fantastic. The hotel staff are all super helpful - we were checked in and out by Dear - she was lovely. The wifi is reliable. The on-site gym is great. We booked a hotel pick-up ride from the airport, which wasn't too pricey and saved us from having to get a taxi or rent a car.

        The staff was always welcoming and kind and we loved the night staff, especially Kig. She had great local recommendations and always had a smile when we came back from exploring all day. The rooftop pool was clean & very relaxing with beautiful views above the treetops. The walk to the local beach was just perfect, not to far, clean, and very relaxing. And had an AMAZING sunset.

        It's very good for the price. Rooftop pools are very nice, especially on a sunny day. Staff are excellent, really the best. Breakfast is very very good. Location is fine if you have transport, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus and bicycles too. Underground car park. Gym is small but very well equipped, in fact better than some big 5 star lux hotels in Phuket. Rooms are spacious enough for the price, new and clean and comfortable, with good showers, desk, nice view over the lagoon from the front, private and quiet but no view in rooms at the back

        Hilton hotel is a trusted hotel reputation that ranks first in the quality and service of its staff and its location. Inside the room, the decoration looks new and modern, with complete room amenities. However, there are insects that seem to make the room unclean, escaping from the care system living in the room. In this case, a complaint has been reported to the hotel staff. to further resolve this issue. Providing various services starting from check-in, recommending facilities, reasonably diverse breakfast, and systematically taking care of guests is at a moderate standard. The room price per area and service are appropriate and the hotel's location zone is suitable for relaxing and surrounded by nature and not too many restaurants, shops within walking distance, convenient and not tiring.

        We just stayed here for the weekend 17-19 Nov 2023 and we rly enjoyed our stay! Lovely clean and beautiful room. Bright and airy hotel. Helpful and easygoing staff especially Looknam who was always warm, attentive and made sure we were comfortable. They’re all nice too to be honest, the staff! The location of the hotel is perfect in Bangtao and it feels like a new hotel. Bangtao area itself is lovely. Much to do. And the spa package deal direct from Hilton for members is really worth it. Oasis Spa was a treat! We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Despite being a super busy weekend with the triathlon and peak season, we had a really fuss-free and pleasant stay. No qualms returning back here in the future. Lovely staff, lovely hotel and gives me even more confidence in the Hilton brand now. Thank you! Kenny Lim
