Views are incredible!!! Both from the room and from the breakfast place on 38th floor! (Photos are from my room) The room was also very good and comfortable, staff friendly Location is also top as it’s in the middle of the financial centre. Very easy to get around and you have all the famous skyscrapers around you The breakfast was simple but delicious with some Shanghai specialties like Xiaolongbao Note: they have a robot that brings you stuff to your room. So if you order delivery for example it will come right to your room

The skyline views from this hotel are spectacular. Service is good and there are many many amenities and sights within walking distance. It would be nice if they had an airport shuttle service ( even at a cost). If you need a taxi you will need cash or Alipay. Taxi to the airport will cost about ¥200 (30 to 35 Euro) or a limo service ¥ 600 (100 Euro)

The hotel was newly open and the room had a very very strong construction smell. Definitely not ready to receive customers. Had to cancel the reservation and book a new hotel for the night. Had 4 staff on duty and 3 of them are trainees. The only official staff had very poor CS skill and attitude, kind of unusual at the Hilton property within the Asia Pacific region.
