Booked one night in the King Jacuzzi suite yesterday for a birthday celebration. Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Loved the jacuzzi tub!! I felt so at home & didn't want to leave. Close to highway. As a woman who loves bath & body products, I fell in love with the brand provided called Zero as it smelled amazing, was good quality & cruelty free. Too bad I can't buy them online as they won't ship to Canada. Only issue is that there were kids running around for a bit in the hallway & you could hear them. So not sound proof. I usually find it hard to relax but 30 mins in the jacuzzi tub & I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Thankfully the comfy, large bed was steps away. I live in Toronto but if I ever need a break from it all for a day or two, I would book here to rest, relax & enjoy the comfy bed and jacuzzi tub. I can't wait to stay here again!! Very highly recommend this hotel.

Terrific customer service from front desk to room care to room service to restaurant breakfasts. Everyone was very friendly and professional with their assistance. Special thanks to all 3 front desk personnel who assisted us during our stay. We will definitely return due to this location's exceptional customer service! Kind thanks.

This was a good experience, although the front desk staff seemed aloof and uninterested in the guests most of the time. The dining staff were so pleasant and went over and beyond to make sure our kids had the meals they wanted and that our meal times were enjoyable. They made a great difference to our stay, and I commend them.

Great service and friendly and helpful staff. Only dislikes, hockey teams staying with parents letting kids run wild. Several courses were taking place in conference rooms and with kids screaming etc, concentrating on program was difficult. Same with trying to eat meals and have conversations. At breakfast, kids were touching food and putting it back. I felt bad for the poor waitress, who was on her own trying to serve people and keep kids under control. Not her job.
