We stay here regularly and always have a good experience. Clean rooms, good rate, nice pool. Great family option. This time the cleaning staff were a little anxious to get us out on departure day but otherwise a fantastic experience.

Great location and very quiet rooms. Even though the parking lot was full, we never heard noises in the hall at night. Very clean hotel, and either new or newly updated. The staff working were helpful and professional. Location was great- tons to do in the area and not too far from downtown. Really appreciated that they had laundry onsite. The kids loved the pool.

I booked a block of rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests. The rooms themselves were fine, but communicating with the sales representative was like pulling teeth. I never received a response to the first email I sent & would have to send a minimum of 2 follow up emails before ever receiving a response each time I had a question. By far the most frustrating of my vendors to deal with. When we arrived the day before the wedding at check in time, our rooms were not ready (I had called ahead in the morning and was told they would be ready), so we had to wait around with the wedding dress, etc. in the lobby until they were, and we had to rush to make it to the rehearsal on time. We also hosted a brunch for family at the hotel for the morning after the wedding and it was extremely disappointing and overpriced for both the quality and the quantity of the meal. If you are considering booking a block of rooms here, I would recommend you choose another location or be very prepared to test the limits of your patience.

It could have been a great place to rest. However, it lacks in amenities. The food is not what you can expect for the price you pay. There is no complimentary breakfast, and there are no slippers inside the room. Be careful in the bathtub. It can be quite slippery for a handicap or older person. There is no anti-slip mat. The walls are not soundproof. We were awake with a noise from the neighboring room. There are other hotels near the area.

John was an awesome server at the restaurant. We had a great conversation with him while enjoying a drink. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. However there were a few repair items that should be addressed. The lamp in the room was broken and hanging by just its wire. The pool and hot tub had to be shut down because the water was so dirty and we book that location for the hottub.
