Unfortunately, the employees deal with bad and unprofessional systems and dealing with clients' clients, and the duty manager's answer is, if you don't like it, get out of the hotels. Although I am a fan of hotels and have a distinct liking for them I hope that the general management of Hilton Hotels will hold these hotels accountable for the continued trust of their customers

Very good hotel. Rooms are very spacious, staff is very courteous. There is a mall right behind called Wanda Plaza which open till 10 pm and has a Walmart too. The in room dining is also nice. Had veg pizza too. There are robots that deliver cutlery to your room, it’s so cool.

A wonderful, sweet memory staying at Baiyun Hilton ! We stayed here during the Chinese New Year - Year of Rabbit. Appreciated the hotel management team invite all the guests to celebrate the New Year together with a traditional lion dance. The Chinese New Year atmosphere here is amazing. The room is in good size. There’s the Wanda shopping mall next to the hotel making our stay and shopping very handy.

I stayed there from May 24 to May 27. The hotel lobby is nice. Staffs are ok. Buffet breakfast was very good. But the hotel is in a noisy location. I can hear airplanes passing by every 5 minutes at night. So disturbing. Even at a lower floor u can hear the plane. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel. The staffs are helpful and cleaners cheerful, but don't think u can get a good rest here because of airplane noises.
