Very beautiful hotel. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was the standard 20 dollar for parking, but it won’t deter me from coming back. The upside to paying for parking was that it was behind a gate. The stay itself was worth it and will definitely be back when I’m in this part of town.

My friend and I stayed here just for one night after flying into Miami on a late flight. I specifically chose this hotel because of the Starbucks in the lobby, which was super convenient in the morning! CONS: When we first got into our room, we noticed an almost urine type of smell. I’m thinking it could have been from the humidity and all the storms recently, but not really sure. We also both noticed hair on the bedding, I found a bunch of short black hairs towards at foot of my bed... I didn’t use the comforter, I just asked for an extra blanket hoping it would be cleaner but the one I was given had small black stains on it. I’m sure it was washed, but considering it is a hotel I personally don’t want to sleep on/with anything that’s been stained. The rest of the hotel was great. Most of the reviews say the rooms were very clean so I’m disappointed I can’t say the same about my stay. Last thing to mention which isn’t a huge deal is that there was not a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby if needed. PROS: The service was wonderful. The employee at the front desk was very nice, helpful and even checked in on if the extra blanket had been delivered to my room. The rest of the hotel looked super clean, well taken care of and was decorated super cute for the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looked nice also. And I liked that you needed a room key to operate the elevator to get up to the rooms, so it felt pretty safe!

We booked a room for 3 of us at the last minute. The super friendly desk agent upgraded a room to a double queen suite. The 5th floor room was very quiet, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We will definitely be back. It is pretty convenient to U Miami where our son is in college.

We booked this hotel for after our cruise as we wanted a quiet night before our flight the next morning. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM & Jazmin at the front desk let us know that no rooms were available to check into at that time. No issue at all as check-in isn’t until 4 PM. My Fiance & I were both exhausted & my eyes were killing me from the smoke on the ship. So we just hung out in the lobby. About 1 hour later, she called me up & said a room was available. She did say “Just so you know, this room is different than the one you booked. So don’t be alarmed.” I was like oh cool, maybe we got a bigger bed or something. When I walked in, I was SHOCKED. She put us in a suite! I am so thankful that not only were we able to check in early, but to get a FANTASTIC room. We will be back for our future cruises. Thank you Jazmin. Seriously. :)

Wonderful hotel that’s clean and feels welcoming. I travel for business and I stay here when in Miami and the rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming. These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. As long as the customer service and cleanliness stays I will keep booking this hotel for business travel.
