My room was definitely not cleaned when I checked in, dirty dishes from previous guest were still in the microwave. Floors were dirty, and the hallways had a very bad smell of rotten food or trash lingering. I definitely will nor return back here to this establishment. Marriott is down the street and I will stay there on my next visit. Customer service front desk was pleasant.

I regret to report that my recent experience at Hilton was an utter disaster, to say the least. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the entire ordeal was marred by appalling standards and abysmal service that left a sour taste in my mouth. First and foremost, cleanliness—what an absolute debacle! The room I was assigned looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner since last guest. I got allergic reaction to my eyes, red and swollen, only good thing happen that the hotel changed my bedsheets and towels right away and it helped, but that where all good about this hotel ended. Housekeeping? What housekeeping? They were seemingly a mythological entity as my requests for a clean-up fell on deaf ears. Not only was the room neglected, but it seemed the staff had abandoned any pretense of fulfilling their duties. If they pickup garbage bin, they do not provide fresh towels, and if they do it will be only two medium size, nothing for hand or shower. No vacuum at all for entire stay. Oh, and breakfast! The serving staff's incompetence. They couldn't even take a proper order if their lives depended on it. It was like playing a game of culinary roulette, unsure of what might actually appear on the plate. As if that weren’t enough, the front desk staff's disregard for guest requests was baffling. Multiple times I asked for the room to be cleaned, yet it felt like I was speaking into the void. Ignored and forgotten, my grievances were swept under the rug without a care. In summary, my stay at Hilton was a symphony of incompetence and neglect. It’s distressing to witness such disregard for basic hospitality standards. I'd sooner pitch a tent in the wilderness than subject myself to another night in that forsaken establishment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs!

do not leave any valuables in your vehicle!!! the valet will go through your car and steal it! I had a few items stolen from my car by the valet! he went through my glove compartment and center console. Then had the nerve to get in my face as if he wasn’t on camera entering and exiting my vehicle. Hotel management sucks! no one knows anything or is anyone available. Very Shady Hotel!!!

I stayed here on Halloween for one night. I can not think of a complaint. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was great. It had a little kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove top,microwave, and sink. There was pots,silverware and dish soap in the room, didn't have to ask. A gym and pool but didnt get a chance to use either one. Actually the parking was some what difficult depending when you get there. They have a lot to park in it's $3 bucks a day. I chose to park on the street cause got lucky with an available spot.

Room is nice and facility is clean. Beware, many guests were required to check out and back in daily for the same reservation that was confirmed. Front staff offered no explanation other than “That’s what you have to do to stay here”. Front staff did not give gift bags as requested by the host. Other guests got the gift bag for another party. Another caution: a mixed drink at the bar will cost over 20$. Bar staff extremely rude and will ignore any requests even if you tip well. Check your receipt carefully. Some guests were charged more than the confirmation quote.
