We got the two bed apartment. W/D in the apartment and a full kitchen. Spacious enough for a family. Clean and great fantastic staff. Walking distance to Sea World + food options. Will def stay again!

I can say this is one of the best hotel in Shenzhen..... The service is good. The room is amazing and the location is great. And i got a very nice view from my room. Perfect!!!

This hotel is premium and beautiful. I see a huge difference between this hotel and other hotels in Shenzhen. - Check in was a disaster. - Service overall was top and many English speakers. - Breakfast was great. - Bed was horrible - truly a plank of wood and nothing luxurious about it - and this is the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again. - Room was nice. - Internet was ok. I didn’t spend much time on the internet to confirm if it was good or bad - but they have vpn which is great. - Views are magnificent. - When I came in they had someone playing the piano and it was beautiful - they should always have this. - The towels and the soap/shampoo aren’t so nice. They should be nicer for the price you’re paying. This isn’t a Hampton inn.

The service is top tier and all staff is incredibly helpful! The manager here, Mr. Martin, made our stay unforgettable! The rooms are also clean and have amazing amenities. The highlight of this hotel must be the view and the pool. Just outside of our window was the harbor and the beautiful pool. If you visit the modern city of ShenZhen you must experience the luxury of this Hilton!

Stayed at the East Wing. Room is nice but service is thrash. Room service forgot to refill the shampoo, and when I requested for slippers, water, and shampoo, they forgot everything. Only came after 40mins. Breakfast selection is also very limited as well (similar to 3-star hotel) and food was mostly cold. If I were to give this hotel a rating, I’d say it’s 3-star at best.
