Very good service and a prime location, the hotel is clean and pleasant. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated, and the showers need some maintenance – low water pressure and a hose too short that you have to bend to wash your head.

Great location for food and bars. All the major attractions are within walking district so an excellent choice for seeing Warsaw. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly. The view from our 25th floor room is great.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at Hilton Warsaw. The room was very spacious, with a great view towards modern Warsaw. The room also had a lavish bathroom and all needed amenities and was impeccably clean. The gym and spa Holmes Place is state-of-the-art, definitely the best in the city. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with good service. The food and service in the restaurant was of high quality. The fall inspired decoration in the lobby was a nice touch. The bellboy Akan offered heartfelt service both at my arrival and departure. Reception was highly professional. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately there is a massive decline of service level at this hilton. All guest should check their bills carefully at check out. Don’t do instant check out! During my check out I realised a much higher room rate. The agent in charge promised to solve it and send me the bill via email. In the end they charged my credit card with a much higher amount. After contacting the hotel they promised again to solve it, however they haven’t got back to me. A friend of mine got a few days after our stay an email asking for payment of car parking. However, We traveled by plane and car. Maybe they find some other people for extra charges. Nobody wants to get overcharged. But being a frequent guest (Diamond) one should expect at least some sort of professional costumer service. The staff failed to deliver!

The hotel is well located in middle of rediscovered part of Warsaw, with friendly staff especially on breakfast however missing the service on the front desk, I been offered upgrade to the room which was not required but fine, however I been asked to move all my belonging in between floors without help of anyone in the building, once the room been ready I wonder our staff was shifted instead the tall lady from front desk offered help in opening the previous room door and voilà, please move your own staff including furniture for the little one in between floors without anyone assistance, with lift smashing our luggages inside after consultation on the morning where the hotel staff will prefer us to leave our belonging safety, they neglected them at our room which we check out from on the morning. Fortunately I was able to recover our valuables but I am not able to recommend the property after this distressing surprises.
