I had an outstanding experience at the Hippodrome Hotel! The staff is truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The customer service is top-notch. The property is impeccably neat and clean, with all facilities readily available. Situated in a great location, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend the Hippodrome Hotel for a memorable stay.

Stayed in a triple room, quite small for us but we manage... Arzu the manager is great n friendly. Sirgin is very helpful and allow us to use their Istanbul card for the public transport... Jan help me with food delivery on their apps, and Octay the night shift boy is also friendly and helpful... The lady who cleans our room did a great job avery day. Stayed there for 9 days... Breakfast is good too but at the opposite hotel.. no issues... Just a walking distance to Sultanahmet statuon tram, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basiluca Cisterns and more.... Just need to walk up a bit steep road... But, now Turkey is very expensive compare to 5 years ago... Most places like Hagia Sophia is expensive to enter - 25 Euro per pax. Food like kebab is now 200 - 250TL, fish sandwich 125TL.. Simple dinner can come out to 1000 - 1500TL

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. Very short walk to all the sights and there are restaurants all around. Breakfast has many selections and changes slightly from day to day, plus it's served on the rooftop terrace which has lovely views. Would def stay here again!

Prime location for tourists, the family room was nice, only thing is they only have 1 family room on each floor, we booked 3 family room, so kept going up and down. Rooms were clean and beds were conformable. The free breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose. Many Restaurants around are bit pricy, but good food and friendly people. The receptionist offered us many tours for good price, and advised places to see. The restaurant has a great view, and some of the hotel room as well. Istanbul is a lovely city, we are coming back again.
