Worst place I have ever stayed. Key not available when I checked in finally got someone to answer the door to let me in. The room was extremely hot with just a fan and no wardrobe, no electric kettle in room or kitchen. The venue is a residential building with a couple of rooms available for staying. Front of a drawer fell off when I opened it as it was rotten, half empty packets of chips left in cupboard. Water pressure not enough to wash hair and only 2 small hand towels given for 6 day stay. Room badly lit with just one light. Area is unsafe there was a man at the bus stop with a machete. Noisy every night. Beware not safe, dirty, no real customer service absolutely appalling

Stayed in this awful place 6 weeks ago, and paid for the stay at the time. Tonight they just tried to steal $260 from my debit card for absolutely no (legitimate) reason. I certainly hadn't made another booking. I will be filing a police report regarding this, because it is attempted THEFT. *Update!* They’ve tried to steal money from my card three separate times now. Do not stay here, it is full of smoke, dirty, and doesn't have any of the amenities stated in the advertisements for this accommodation. NOT HAPPY!!!

Strange. I booked a room using the company discount portal, and the confirmation email mentioned that I was to receive an email with check-in instructions, which I didn't get. I attempted to call this hotel on the day I arrived, but didn't get a response and the voicemail was full. I didn't get any callback. This place required an non-refundable deposit to book, which means I've wasted money on nothing. I had to find another hotel last-minute.
