Hotel-like conditions, but better. You have everything you could wish for in the apartments, they are nicely furnished and very spacious. If you come by car, you can park in front of the complex only during the night (19:00-8:00) and on Sundays. The rest of the options don't permit cars taller than 1.8-2.1 m and tend to be really expensive, including at the supermarket in the same complex. The showers are not in their best state though and the water temperature fluctuates heavily.

This was good, clean accommodation. The courtyard below was noisy though with people congregating and drinking through Friday/Saturday night. I didn’t feel too comfortable coming in and out of the building in the evenings. Overall the appartment was good though with just enough equipment to make light snacks. We used the laundry room which was great on our long tour.

A very well located apartment complex. The apartments themselves are clean, modern and spacious, however this is in part due to the fact that in my case three people were staying in a theoretically a 5-person apartment. If there were really 5 people, the apartment would be crowded. Apart of that all was generally OK, however this is not a romantic type of place - rather for a few days business meeting - there is no "soul" in the apartment. For participation in conferences or fairs - great.

Pros: This apartment hotel was in a great location outside of the city center but close to public transit. The apartment was clean and bright with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids traveling together. We appreciated the supplied vacuum and cleaning supplies to keep the space tidy during our stay along with the fan in the bedroom. There was also a grocery store under the building that came in handy. We also found affordable parking close by. Cons: only one of the 2 keys provided worked for entering the apartment complex. They both worked for entering our room though. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we just made sure we had the right key whenever we left. The shower temperature was super unpredictable. The water would go from scalding hot to ice cold in seconds. We couldn’t control it at all. We had to shower with our kids in order to keep them from getting burned. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Checking in and checking out was easy and the cleaning staff we encountered were very friendly.

Very BAD experience, renting and staying is not just “a room”. In detail: -basic apartment all equipped with ikea stuff. Curtains are only partial and don't cover all windows, so light comes in since early morning. Very BAD and LOW customer service: -I don't have the names of the customer service people, besides it would be hard to remember them since they are relocated abroad and barely speak German. I was repeatedly asked to speak in Spanish or English. No help at necessary times with repeated lies! A valuable item was left in the apartment: after minutes of waiting for customer service, I am lied to and told it would all be thrown in the trash. Then I was told that she would contact the cleaning lady but that since it was 9 a.m. (this is Switzerland!) she was probably still asleep and that I was guilty of thinking that everyone is awake at 9 a.m. Then they told me that the apartment was occupied and that I couldn't check it myself. Lie. I went to the apartment, rang doorbell and knocked for 15 minutes and no one ever answered. - Also I could only check in at 4:45 pm (instead of 3pm) because the apartment was still dirty! Does this seem normal to you? Almost 2 hours late in being able to check in. Imagine what it means if you have commitments and have to change/shower or whatever.They write everywhere that for even a few minutes delay of the client's check out they charge half a day! Cleaning lady was very nice and she did a good job for the apartment. So is there any partial refound for the 2 hours late? What about the many lies and the bad customer service? NEVER AGAIN with HITrental.
